I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, LGBT and beyond. By using a variety of treatment modalities, i.e. Art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solutions Focused, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play therapy and Stages of Change to address and move through life’s challenges. My goal is to provide the participant, through our sessions together, with new tools, increased problem solving ability and insight to navigate challenges and promote positive change.
